(Charleston County, SC)-- A Charleston County deputy is facing charges for a deadly crash.
Deputy Emily Pelletier is accused of speeding through a stop sign and hitting a car, killing Stephanie Dantzler and her daughters Shanice Dantzler-Williams and Miranda Dantzler-Williams on May 8th.
Though Pelletier was reportedly on her way to help a driver with car problems, her lights and sirens were not activated when the crash happened.
Pelletier is charged with three counts of reckless homicide.
