(Columbia, SC) - A state budget is heading to Governor McMaster's desk.
State lawmakers voted to advance the 14-billion dollar spending plan on Wednesday.
They met to work out a compromise between the House and Senate versions of the budget.
The plan includes a restructuring of the state's income tax brackets that will drop rates when residents file next year.
