Dead Bird Found In City Of Columbia Tests Positive For West Nile Virus

(Columbia, SC) -- The City of Columbia will be spraying for mosquitoes this weekend. 

This comes after a dead bird found in the city tested positive for West Nile Virus.

 Spraying begins Saturday and ends Sunday. 

Residents are asked to take preventative measures against mosquitoes as well.
