(Folly Beach, SC)-- Bond is denied for the woman charged in a crash that killed a newlywed bride and injured three others on Folly Beach.
Twenty-five-year-old Jamie Lee Komoroski is charged with one count of reckless homicide resulting in death and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury or death for the April crash.
Her defense team filed a motion for bond, arguing Komoroski is not a flight risk.
A circuit court judge denied that request, and said the state must be ready to try the case by March.
