A smooth return at South Carolina...Justin Minaya came back from last season’s knee injury to rack up a double-double last night, boosting the Gamecock men's baskeball team to a 77-55 win over North Alabama in the season opener. Coach Frank Martin says Minaya’s the only player who’s consistently competed at a high level in practice, and Martin's happy to have Minaya back on the floor. Minaya had 17 points and 11 rebounds. The Gamecocks host Wyoming Sunday at noon.
