Jaycee Horn’s two picks made him a top pick this week...the Gamecock cornerback, who already won the Walter Camp Foundation’s national defensive player of the week and made Kirk Herbstreit’s list of top performers, got named the SEC’s co-defensive player of the week. Horn says his two interceptions against Auburn were no fluke, saying he's been playing well but just hasn't had many chances to make plans on the ball. But Auburn targeted Horn multiple times last Saturday, and the junior corner made them pay. And Horn may get more chances this Saturday at LSU...the Tigers’ starting quarterback, Myles Brennan, is questionable with a significant lower body injury. If he can’t play against Carolina, LSU’s backup quarterbacks are both freshmen.
