Man Sues Parents After They Destroyed His Nearly $30,00 Porn Collection

An Indiana man has filed an $86,000 lawsuit against his parents because they threw out his massive collection of pornography. The man, who was not identified, claims his collection was worth $28,940.72 and contained rare and impossible to find movies that are no longer in print.

The man had moved back in with his parents while he was going through a divorce. His relationship with his parents soured, and he was asked to leave after the police had to be called following a domestic dispute. When his parents brought him his remaining belongings, he became livid when he realized they did not bring his pornography collection.

Instead, his parents destroyed all twelve moving boxes that contained his pornography. His father explained that his son got expelled from high school for selling pornography to other students and they warned him they would destroy any porn they found in their house.

"I would have done the same if I had found a kilo of crack cocaine," his father wrote in an email. "Someday, I hope you will understand."

The man contacted the police, who refused to press charges. He even sent authorities a 44-page email listing all of the movies that were destroyed and explained that many of them could never be replaced.

Now, he has resorted to filing a civil suit against his parents, hoping to be compensated for the pornographic videos they destroyed.
