A fallen officer is being honored by a fire department in South Carolina.
Cayce police officer Roy "Drew" Barr was killed in the line of duty when responding to a domestic disturbance in April. Because Barr served as a volunteer firefighter in Monetta in addition to his work on the police force, the Monetta Volunteer Fire Department put up a sign placard with his name.
Cayce Police officers were invited to see the dedication of the placard at the fire department on Saturday.
