(Chapin, SC) -- Two men are facing charges for a series of incidents that ended with a foot chase near a Home Depot.
Columbia's Ryan Newell and Cory Woods were arrested yesterday after Lexington County deputies say they robbed a bank in Chapin. That led to a high-speed chase on I-26 that ended in a crash that caused a traffic backup near Harbison Boulevard.
The two tried to get away on foot but were caught by Richland County deputies.
