Christa Beatrice Alicia Hudson was killed after getting hit by a car last week in Richland County on South Cedar Creek Road in Gadsden. The father of Christa's daughter tells WIS when he heard the news, he cried for hours.
SCHP arrested Gadsden's Benjamin Parker, who was released on bond this weekend.
