(Columbia, SC) -- A man considered one of the best in the country will be leading a review of the deadly prison riot in Lee County.
That's how the Association of State Correctional Administrators describes Brad Livingston, who they announced yesterday will lead a thorough review of the incident.
Livingston used to be director of the Texas Department of Corrections, and he'll be in charge of the review requested by South Carolina Department of Corrections Director Bryan Stirling.
Stirling called for the outside review so as not to interfere with the ongoing criminal investigation.
