(Lexington, SC) -- A Lexington man is going to prison for a distracted driving crash that left two people hurt.
Richard Norris pleaded guilty yesterday to the crash two years ago on St. Andrews Road.
Norris was texting and driving when he drove onto a sidewalk and hit the victims.
One has lost the use of their right arm, and the other suffered a brain injury.
