(Clemson, SC) -- The political rhetoric is heating up this week.
After Republican Governor Henry McMaster compared Democrats to dogs Monday night, Democratic Party Chair Trav Robertson fired back last night at a fundraiser in Clemson.
He called Republicans the most unpatriotic, Christian-less people to walk the face of this Earth.
The fundraiser was held for Democratic congressional candidate Mary Geren, who called McMaster's comment Monday shameful and divisive.
