(Conway, SC) -- A brief dispute between Horry County, the DOT and the city of Conway appears to be over.
The city announced yesterday it will not pursue legal action against the county or SCDOT. City officials voted the day before to consider suing over plans to put up barriers on the US 501 Bypass.
Conway officials were worried that would lead to flooding in the city, but the three sides met yesterday and ironed out their differences.
