(Charleston, SC) -- A reality TV star and former state official is in more legal trouble.
Thomas Ravenel was arrested yesterday morning in Charleston for assault and battery for an incident three years ago involving a woman, who claims Ravenel tried to remove her clothes.
Ravenel was a cast member on Bravo's Southern Charm at the time, but he quit this year after he was accused of sexual assault.
Ravenel was briefly state treasurer, but he resigned in 2007 after he pled guilty to a federal drug charge.
