(Washington, DC) -- Brett Kavanaugh can count on one more senator in his bid to join the Supreme Court.
Republican Senator Tim Scott announced yesterday he plans to vote for Kavanaugh's confirmation, barring the discovery of any last-minute evidence that Kavanaugh committed sexual assault.
Scott had said last week he would keep an open mind about Kavanaugh's confirmation, but he says none of the evidence he has seen supports the allegations against Kavanaugh.
