Tropical Storm Michael is forming in the Caribbean, and we could start to feel the effects as soon as Wednesday. That's when tropical storm force winds could arrive.
The National Hurricane Center said yesterday it expects Michael to become a hurricane as early as today, but it should weaken back into a Tropical Storm by the time it gets here.
