(Columbia, SC) -- Richland County sheriff's deputies are identifying the man who's accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Forty-eight-year-old Joe Fripp is considered "armed and dangerous." A security guard caught Fripp choking the partially-naked woman on November 3rd, and he took off.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a broken nose, swollen eyes and facial lacerations.
