(Columbia, SC) -- Ratepayers are closer to getting some of their money back from SCE-and-G.
Parent company SCANA announced this weekend that it has agreed to settle a two billion dollar class action lawsuit.
If the state approves, customers will get back money they paid for a nuclear energy project that was never finished.
The settlement includes more than 100 million dollars that was supposed to go to SCANA executives.
