(Columbia, SC) -- A man described by police as an absolute menace will face murder charges.
Columbia Police announced yesterday they have arrested Leonard Mickens for killing 14-year-old Najeer Buggs.
The arrest comes three years after Buggs was killed in a drive-by shooting on Grand Street.
The 28-year-old Mickens has a criminal record, and Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook calls him a walking crime spree.
