The Republican senator and others will get a briefing today on the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
The CIA believes Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman ordered Khashoggi killed in Turkey last month.
Graham has called for harsh sanctions against Saudi Arabia, and a vote to impose sanctions could be held today or tomorrow.
