(Clemson, SC) -- Local football fans might not want to make any plans on December 29th. That's when both Clemson and USC will be in postseason action.
USC will play Virginia in the Belk Bowl in Charlotte at noon, and Clemson will play Notre Dame in the playoff semifinals in Arlington, Texas at 4:00.
Clemson was named yesterday as the two seed in the four-team playoff, behind Alabama and ahead of the number-three Fightin' Irish and number-four Oklahoma.
