(Washington, DC) -- Lindsey Graham wants the president to take a drastic step to address border security.
The senator tweeted yesterday that it's time for President Trump to declare an emergency and build the border wall.
Graham says since Democrats refuse to negotiate on wall funding, even if the government reopened, there's virtually no path left.
Graham admits, though, he's not sure declaring an emergency will work.
