(Sumter, SC) -- A Facebook video has a Sumter County woman facing child cruelty charges.
Thirty-three-year-old Caitlyn Hardy was arrested yesterday after an incident last week on Camden Highway.
In a Facebook video, Hardy is seen pouring a bottle of water on a nine-month-old girl twice as she slept.
Hardy says in the video she did it as payback for the girl waking her up during the night.
