(Columbia, SC) -- Tornadoes are responsible for some damage in the Midlands.
A tornado warning issued last night by the National Weather Service covered the Columbia Metro Area and most of Lexington County.
Trees and power lines were knocked down, homes and the Red Bank First Baptist Church were damaged, and thousands were left without electricity.
No injuries were reported, though.
