(Columbia, SC) -- A suspect is in custody for the death of a USC student.
Twenty-four-year-old Nathaniel Rowland is charged with murder and kidnapping for the stabbing death of 21-year-old Samantha Josephson.
She was reported missing in the early hours of Friday morning, and Columbia police say her body was found in a rural area of Clarendon County that afternoon.
Police say Josephson was waiting for an Uber after a night out with friends in Five Points when she got into Rowland's car, in which her blood and cellphone were allegedly found.
