(Orangeburg, SC) -- A woman is facing charges for a shooting that killed a college student in Orangeburg County.
Orangeburg 25-year-old Amber Green was arrested recently for the shooting over a week ago at a party on Summers Avenue.
Police say Green got into a fight and then fired into a crowd. That led to more shots being fired, and Benedict College student Donovan Smalls was killed, while a Claflin University student was hurt.
