(Orangeburg, SC) -- A man is suing the City of Orangeburg over an arrest that turned out to be false.
Demetrius Jamison was arrested last year and convicted for assaulting police officers.
A few months later, though, prosecutors found the charge was false, and Jamison was released after serving over a hundred days behind bars.
It's not clear what kind of damages Jamison is seeking.
