(Lexington, SC) -- Alcohol is suspected in a crash involving a deputy in Lexington County.
Michael Nichols was arrested after a head-on crash with Deputy Roy Hall this weekend on SC 6.
SCHP says the 36-year-old Nichols was drunk when he crossed the centerline, and he's facing a felony DUI charge.
Hall suffered serious injuries but is expected to survive, and Nichols was also seriously hurt.
