(Charleston, SC) -- A Catholic leader is defending himself against what he calls grievous and despicable allegations.
Charleston Diocese Bishop Robert Guglielmone is accused of sexually abusing a minor in New York in the late '70s.
Gugliemone released a statement yesterday denying the accusations. While he fights the charges, Gugliemone says he'll reduce his public presence so as not to be a distraction.
