(Sumter, SC) -- A Sumter woman is accused of criminal sexual conduct against a three-year-old.
Thirty-two-year-old Quindra Francher Pearson Flournoy allegedly caused significant internal injury to the toddler in late September.
Authorities say the girl needed surgery. Flournoy is facing felony charges.
