(North Charleston, SC) -- A South Carolina man is suing Zaxby's after contracting Hepatitis A.
Thomas Flowers says he got the disease after purchasing a meal at a North Charleston restaurant on May 22nd.
State health officials had previously warned of a possible Hepatitis A exposure at that location between May 20th and May 22nd after an employee tested positive for it.
Flowers is seeking damages and attorney's fees in the lawsuit.
