(Sumter County, SC) -- The father of a five-year-old murder victim is suing the apartment complex where she lived.
The body of Nevaeh Adams was recently found in the Richland County landfill, after her mother Sharee Bradley was stabbed to death in the Lantana Apartments.
Dupray Adams alleges in his suit, over the last several years there have been numerous reports of criminal and dangerous activity there, but the owners did not provide adequate security devices.
