(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Health Department is reporting the state's first vaping-related death.
The person who died was reportedly over 65 years old and lived in upstate South Carolina. The person was recently diagnosed with a lung injury associated with vaping.
The death is one of 48 across the country connected to vaping.
