Residents of five apartment units are displaced after a fire.
It happened at St. Andrews Woods Townhomes in Columbia before 2:30 a.m. yesterday. The entire building is uninhabitable after fire, water, and smoke damage.
The Richland County Fire Marshal's Office says the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
