(Richland County, SC) -- A man is in custody in connection to a shooting in Irmo.
Deputies responded to the 200-block of Concord Place on Saturday evening.
Now, Joseph James Harkless is charged with attempted murder and grand larceny. He allegedly tried to enter a home and was shot by the homeowner.
He is then accused of stealing a vehicle and driving to a hotel before receiving medical treatment.
