(Richland County, SC) -- The family of a middle school student is suing Lexington-Richland School District 5.
The lawsuit claims a teacher kissed and inappropriately held a middle school student in the classroom. The alleged actions happened three times at Dutch Fork Middle School between January and May of 2019.
The teacher is accused of inappropriate contact including kissing, touching, and hugging.
