Options for Santee Cooper include selling it to Next Era Energy of Florida or letting Dominion Energy manage it.
A third choice would allow for reform of Santee Cooper, which would then remain publicly-owned.
Legislators will be discussing those options, as part of a State Department of Administration report, next month.
