(Charleston, SC) -- Tom Steyer will be participating in Wednesday's Democratic debate in Charleston.
He qualified for the event after a CBS News poll found he has 18-percent support from Democratic voters in the state.
That's the second poll to find Steyer with at least 12-percent in the early voting phase.
Candidates had to get at least 10-percent support in national polls or by winning at least one delegate in earlier contests.
