(Sumter County, SC) -- Sumter County Deputy Corporal Andrew Gillette is laid to rest.
A celebration of life was held for him at the Sumter County Civic Center yesterday. He was killed on February 25th while trying to serve an eviction order.
Gillette was wearing a bulletproof vest, but died of injuries after being shot in the chest.
