(Columbia, SC) -- New restrictions are going into place in South Carolina.
Governor Henry McMaster is urging residents to avoid gatherings of three or more people. He issued an Executive Order to try and reduce the spread of coronavirus.
Under the order, law enforcement is instructed to stop any groups of three or more people from congregating.
