(Columbia, SC) -- AccelerateED is releasing recommendations for reopening South Carolina schools.
A 202-page draft was released, breaking down the plan into four phases. There is also a plan for three different scheduling models for the 2020-2021 academic year and recommendations for bus operations amid the pandemic.
The task force has some immediate requests, including health and safety grants to pay for personal protective equipment and for each school district to create a reopening task force.
