(Columbia, SC) -- There are over a thousand new coronavirus cases in South Carolina.
The Department of Health and Environmental Control announced the newly-confirmed cases yesterday, bringing the state's total to 25,666 since the pandemic began.
Six more deaths were also reported, with the South Carolina death toll at 659. Two new probable cases were also announced, for a total of 35 probable causes in the state.
