Mayor Steve Benjamin says the new public education and social engagement campaign works to reduce everyone's risk of COVID-19 exposure by getting them to wear masks.
The #MaskUpColumbiaSC is a photo and video contest that allows anyone to share their mask designs or demonstrate how to make a mask by making a submission at maskupcolumbiasc.com.
