Law enforcement officers will be going door to door to look for unaccounted students in South Carolina.
A South Carolina Department of Education report showed they were unable to contact over 16-thousand students back in June. The Department of Education has been working to reconnect with them since then.
The Department of Social Services was provided with a list of over three-thousand students that still need to be contacted.
