(Columbia, SC) -- Black Lives Matter South Carolina is planning marches and protests this weekend.
On Friday, demonstrators will take to the streets of downtown Columbia to get people registered to vote. Another peaceful march is scheduled for Saturday. Black Lives Matter South Carolina leaders say the shooting of Jacob Blake by a police officer in Wisconsin is another motivator for the events.
