(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Senate wants residents to be able to vote absentee.
They passed a bill yesterday to allow absentee voting because of the pandemic.
South Carolina House of Representatives members will return to Columbia on September 15th.
They are expected to take up election matters similar to the Senate's measure.
