(Columbia, SC) -- A man will spend decades behind bars for a 2018 shooting.
Thirty-eight-year-old Anthony Fanning of Columbia is sentenced to 20 years in prison for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
Police say Fanning shot at a car while driving a motorcycle, seriously injuring a woman.
There were also children in the car during the shooting, but they were uninjured.
