(Fairfield County, SC) -- The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has a man in custody for a crime that happened 40 years ago.
Sixty-five-year-old Charles Ugvine Coleman is being charged with the rape and murder of Elizabeth Ann Howeel Wilson of Chester in 1976.
SLED credited newer DNA technology for Coleman's arrest. He's been booked at the Fairfield County Detention Center.
