(Richland County, SC) -- Some Richland One School District students will be returning to in-person learning today.
The district is moving to phase two of their reopening plan, which is a hybrid model.
Students in pre-K through second grade will attend school two days a week and learn from home the other three days.
Third through twelfth graders will start going back to school next week.
